Welcome to the incredible Dragon Horse Cocktail Omakase experience, thoughtfully curated by award-winning mixologist Derrick Li.
Derrick has truly made a mark in the bartending world, participating in various prestigious competitions. His achievements include being a national finalist in the USBG World Class US Bartender of the Year in 2024 and 2022. He proudly represented the United States at the IBA global finals in Panama in 2019. He won at the national Dictador Rum competition and Gosling Rum's Best of the West in 2018. Derrick seamlessly blends emerging global trends into his cocktail program, offering a fresh and innovative perspective on mixology. His commitment to excellence ensures that every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
Each of the six cocktails is meticulously crafted to deliver flavors that intrigue and excite you. Join us for this one-of-a-kind experience, where each sip celebrates creativity and passion! This experience includes six half-sized cocktails and six courses of chef-curated Japanese food pairing at $100 per person. There are two available seatings: 5 to 6:30 PM and 7 to 8:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
